Filet of roe deer is a very exceptional piece of game. Extremely delicate, tender and flavourful. Real game with its natural pure flavour and texture.

Hunting for roe in Belgium is very limited. 

After inspection, the fillets are cut and vacuum-packed.

Each pack contains 1 complete fillet plus sometimes a smaller piece, being the tenderloin (filet pur).

After resting for 2 days, they go into the freezer as many game species are very sensitive to spoilage.

**Subliem!**

Om de juiste keuze te maken welk vlees ik wilde, heb ik even kort contact gehad via Whatsapp met Gustor, waarbij ik zeer vriendelijke en snel werd geholpen om mijn keuze te maken. Reebok Filet van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit was de basis van ons gerecht. Perfect van geur/kleur en een fenomenale smaak. Absolute aanrader!!

**Filet de Chevreuil**

Viande au top, tendre et goûteuse. Préparée avec la recette de la sauce Grand Veneur. Résultat succulent !
